The Cardiff Bay Holistic and art Centre is a centre of excellence for professional practitioners who share our aims and objectives to provide the highest possible standards of care and services in the field of mind, body and spirit.

The centre is unique in Cardiff and is housed in a three-storey building of character, located at the bottom of Bute Street, near to Mermaid Quay in Cardiff Bay.  We are just ten minutes from Cardiff city centre by car or public transport, with limited on-road parking,.  A multi-storey car park is within five minutes walk, and several buses and trains run regularly from the city centre to the Bay, particularly the Bay Express (No. 6) which stops directly outside the building.
